To Open:With one hand holding the back of the post and one hand gently holding the frontal, unscrew the two sections by turning the backing counterclockwise. When loose, gently pull the frontal away from the backing.

To Wear:Insert the post into the piercing from behind the ear. Then gently insert the frontal guider pin into the post from the front of the ear, turning the backing clockwise to tighten until it stops, and no threads are visible.

To Remove:Turn the backing counterclockwise. When loose, gently pull the frontal away from the backing.
