Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Return Policy: As a courtesy, orders placed between November 20 - December 31, 2024 will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025.


Thank you for making a purchase at MARIA TASH. While we hope you fall in love with your MARIA TASH jewelry, we understand that some pieces might not be exactly right. We will issue a full refund for unworn and unaltered jewelry that is returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.


For your safety and the safety of others, all jewelry used for a new MARIA TASH piercing in a retail location is final sale. Piercing services and install charges are non-refundable. Items purchased on our website cannot be returned at MARIA TASH stores.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - US Only


1. Have the order number from your Shipping Confirmation email ready. Please note, this number differs slightly from the number on your Order Confirmation email. If you do not have your Shipping Confirmation email, the number can also be found on the Packing Slip within your box.

2. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.

3. Print your return label, carefully reseal your package, and drop it off or schedule a pickup with FedEx.

International returns are subject to a return processing fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please see below for a list of return fees by country. If duties and taxes were included in the product price, you will receive a refund for the complete price paid. Duties and taxes that have been paid separately are nonrefundable though you may be able to submit a request with your local customs office.

Any item purchased at a MARIA TASH store must be returned at the store where it was originally purchased with no exceptions. We cannot accept returns on merchandise purchased anywhere other than MARIA TASH. Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment 5 to 10 business days after receiving the return package; however, we reserve the right to refund a cash return as a company check.


Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.


We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.


EXCHANGES


We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your current item and place a new order. If you need help selecting a different size, diameter, color, or post length, contact our Customer Service team at cs@mariatash.com.


WARRANTY & REPAIRS


We repair MARIA TASH jewelry within six months of purchase at no charge. Repairs after six months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge. Repairs are assessed on an individual basis and take two to eight weeks to complete. Pricing may vary depending on the work needed and is subject to change after inspection. Bring your jewelry to a MARIA TASH store or contact cs@mariatash.com and include your name, a photo of the damage, proof of purchase, and briefly describe the issue that you are having with your jewelry. You will be provided with a Repair Form and asked to ship your piece with insurance to our flagship location. Please note that any repair sent to MARIA TASH without a Repair Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.


We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than MARIA TASH. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair, please contact the original seller.


CUSTOM ORDERS


Please contact cs@mariatash.com to enquire about custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable. If you experience any problems with your custom jewelry, please see our repair policy.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS


In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email cs@mariatash.com within two weeks of delivery with photographs of your order. We will send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to us and replaced with a new or correct item. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it is received at the MARIA TASH offices.
