Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

In light of recent events, you may experience slight delays in your orders and returns. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please rest assured we are working hard despite the circumstances to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

The safety and well-being of our customers, team members and their families are our priority. For the time being we will not be offering any exchanges or repairs. Please contact cs@mariatash.com for further information.


  • We offer complimentary Domestic Ground shipping on all orders.
  • We offer complimentary Domestic Expedited shipping on all orders over $400, otherwise shipping is $25.
  • We offer Domestic Overnight shipping for $50.


International shipping is a flat rate of $80 USD. We pay custom & duties fees, so all that you will have to pay is the shipping and the Value Added Tax, which is included in the price of the jewelry. We offer $25 USD off international shipping on orders greater than $400 USD.

Depending on your location, you may be required to provide additional customs documents or hire a broker at your expense to release your package from customs. We are unable to ship to Russia, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia at this time. Please reach out to us at cs@mariatash.com if you have any questions.


All in-stock items ordered before 11:59 pm ET will ship next business day. Additionally, all deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed Monday – Thursday will ship the following day.
  • Orders placed Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.


  • Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking information.
  • Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.


Due to the high value of our jewelry, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders unless “no signature” is selected at checkout. If you waive signature upon delivery, Maria Tash is absolved of all responsibility for any loss due to the package being delivered without supervision.


If your order contains backordered pieces, items will ship as they are available and you will not be charged for multiple shipments. This way, all in-stock items will ship the next business day, and all backordered pieces will ship when available.

Please note that some of our products are made-to-order, i.e., the item is manufactured once the order is placed and will ship as soon as it is available. Backordered items are ready within roughly 8-12 weeks, though certain pieces may take slightly longer due to the nature of the jewelry.


The Order Cut Off Times, Order Tracking Information, Signature Upon Delivery, and Backordered Jewelry policies detailed above remain the same for our wholesale clients. Wholesale clients are responsible for all shipping fees and taxes. International clients are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. The same shipping methods offered to our retail clients are also available for wholesalers and pricing is based on zip code.
