All in-stock items ordered before 11:59 pm ET will ship next business day. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday. If your order contains backordered pieces, the order will ship when all pieces are available. Upon check out, you can opt to pay an additional shipping fee for a split shipment (all in stock items shipped within standard processing time, all backordered pieces shipped when all available).
If you are placing an order for a backordered piece, please note that some of our products are made-to-order. This means the item is manufactured once the order is placed and will ship as soon as it is available.
Signature Upon Delivery
Due to the high value of our jewelry, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders unless “no signature” is selected at checkout. If you waive signature upon delivery, Maria Tash is absolved of all responsibility for any loss due to the package being delivered without supervision. Additionally, all deliveries are made Monday through Friday. If you would like to opt for a Saturday delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order. Please note this may incur additional shipping charges.
For domestic shipments, we currently offer the following shipping options:
• USPS – All non-wholesale domestic orders have the option of complementary USPS Priority Mail.
• UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air
• FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Priority Overnight – We offer complementary FedEx 2-Day shipping on all non-wholesale orders over $400 USD.
For international shipments, we currently offer the following shipping options:
• FedEx International Priority – VAT is calculated and charged upon checkout. For retail clients, Maria Tash will cover the customs fees. Wholesale clients are responsible for customs fees.
• WorldNet - Overnight international shipping for certain locations is possible through our partners at WorldNet shipping. We can, with certain restrictions, get a package shipped next day on a commercial flight from the United States to Europe and Canada. Please contact us for these higher shipping rates. Costs will vary by country.
